Step 2: Comprehensive Planning

After the consultation, we research and curate an itinerary that’s perfectly you - the best flights at the right price, the coolest accommodations in ideal locations, off-the-beaten path adventures with expert local guides, and highly-rated or recommended restaurants and bars. We take planning off your plate so you can practice your "sit back and relax” pose!

Step 3: Professional Fees

At Amavi Vacation Company, we believe crystal clear communication. Our Professional Fees of $100 per person per trip are laid out upfront and charged upon proposal. We may also charge Rush or Change Fees for last minute planning or itinerary overhauls. These fees covers the time and resources used to ensure your trip is top-notch. Trust us, the value and peace of mind we bring are worth every penny.

Step 4: Trip Proposal & Insurance Quote

Next, we want to "wow” you with a personalized trip proposal! It will include dates, details, and pricing for flights, transportation, accommodation, and activities. Plus, we throw in an insurance quote to keep things worry-free. We’ll go over it together and make any necessary changes. Nothing will be booked or confirmed until you feel confident about your travel plans!

Step 5: Deposit & Final Payments

Lock in the details of your itinerary with deposit (or full!) and final payments. Your Amavi advisor will keep track of due dates and handle all transactions, making the process as smooth as possible. You’ll always receive payment and booking confirmation via email or snail mail, whatever you prefer. No stress, no hassle – just a straightforward way to secure your trip.

Step 6: ‘Before You Go’ Support

As your departure date approaches, we finalize all the details, provide essential reservation and destination-specific information, and answer any last-minute questions.
